Billie Tolmach

For the past 15 years, I have been a member of a small, specialized group called Kaleidoscope, formed for the purpose of studying and critiquing quiltmaking. Not only are my colleagues compatible, the name of the group itself is compatible with my outlook: ever open to shifts, both subtle and total, making use of change in design and perspective. Thus fiber art, for me, means always invoking different techniques, constantly exploring other ways to see things.
