Catherine Kleeman

The fiber work of Catherine Kleeman is inspired by the images, colors, and structures found in nature. This immense design resource, with its continually changing vistas, arouses her creativity and sparks her imagination to interpret what she sees in unique designs. The works that result are not literal constructions but instead abstractions of the concepts and simplifications of the design. The viewer enjoys the moods of the natural world without becoming overly caught up in details.
